- Implemented 4-step detailer verification: email PIN, Stripe ID, Checkr background check, insurance upload
- Developed reverse bidding marketplace with time-bound bids and Bouncer pricing engine
- Integrated Stripe escrow — payment held on acceptance, auto-released after job completion and rating
- Built mandatory 360° in-app walkaround camera (EcoShield ) before and after every job
- Added real-time in-app chat between customer and detailer post-bid acceptance
- Enabled live GPS tracking with SOS safety system — freeze detailer account on trigger
- Delivered full admin web dashboard for approvals, disputes, pricing controls, and compliance
What the Platform Delivered
DealerDASH launched as a production-ready marketplace in just 12 weeks, with both iOS and Android apps, a fully operational admin dashboard, and integrated safety and payment systems. A single app supports both customer and dealer roles, backed by 4-step dealer verification and 360° vehicle protection. Stripe escrow automates payments, with 80–88% of each payment going directly to the dealer. Real-time bidding, GPS tracking, and in-app chat are live from day one, launching in Chicago with a roadmap for national expansion.
